find the zip file, right click & extract. then open the (unzipped) game folder and click on the game (the one with the games name and a lil img next to it)
You can't load you're savefile. The game is small and does not require saving.
Only the game text was translated, I wanted to hide the menu, but it didn't work. Take a screenshot of the menu and paste it into the translator to understand what's where.

Те у кого игра не запускается, просто скачиваете и открываете зипку без каких-либо программ, банально через проводник, копируете папку из зипки куда удобнее, а не содержимое папки, подозреваю что некоторые могли вытащить не все файлы, а после открываете саму папку и там находите иконку с игрой, не нужно больше ничего открывать. Для удобства нажмите F, тогда будет полный экран. Если совсем уж лень, то можно нажать V и у вас в игре будет работать Гугл баба. Увы, способ загрузиться не нашёл, но в целом не критично, хоть и бесит.
ребят, я нашел решение как открыть, не нужно его из винрара или из чего вы его извлекаете, оставьте его и запустите его с винрара и он заработает, если вытащить папку он не запуститься

Nope. I tried to hide the saves, but it didn't work. The game is short, so save and load not really needed.
I have lost all my progress, that’s why a loading option is needed, that way I can restore it.
